What is collected first
The first pass only takes direction, country or region, the specific matter, your role, when you want to start, and any scale range, comparison regions, authorisation, city, nationality or date that appears from those choices. It does not collect passports, identity numbers, full family files, accounts, statements, tax filings, share charts, original contracts or file uploads.
How it is kept
Before sign-in, what you enter stays in this browser session and is not sent to the server. After you sign in with a Daojian account and confirm, the request is saved to that account for an advisor to handle. Closing the browser or clearing the session removes an unsent draft.
When more is asked
After a request is saved, you first see a first read. More detail is collected later, only after you confirm the use, in batches of at most three items. Real payment, file upload and professional referral stay closed until the fee rules are published.
What it is used for
Only to see whether the arrangement is specific, whether the scale matches, and to show up to three directions that can be checked. What you type is not a confirmed fact. Unchecked resource names do not appear in what you see.
Who can see it
You can see requests saved to your account. Advisors authorised by headquarters handle the files and plans. Project administrators govern resources. If headquarters identity cannot be checked, branch access closes at once.
Your control
You can pause a request, export this case as JSON, or delete the request and handling records in the overseas layout branch. Pause stops further handling. Deletion does not delete the Daojian headquarters account. Deletion audit does not keep the request content.
Analytics
Until there is a separate, explicit analytics consent, this page does not create an analytics id or send behaviour events. With that consent, only page, control and state events without form content are recorded. Filled answers, identity documents, accounts or source text are not recorded.
Professional boundary
Law, tax, immigration, finance, property deals and regulatory judgements need a licensed or local professional. This project does not promise approval, account opening, lending, returns, tax results or acceptance by a service provider.
Operator and current scope
This project is operated by Daojian Family Office Pte. Ltd. It currently opens request intake, a first read and advisor handling. Formal resources, professional conclusions, quotes, contracts and payment are not open. Privacy rights requests go through a signed-in Daojian headquarters account.
Retention
Unsent browser drafts stay only in the current session. Current configuration: saved requests that are not finished are cleared after 30 days; closed files are cleared 12 months after close; backup copies are kept for at most 90 days. Those periods take effect as production rules only after headquarters privacy approval; the processing scope is not expanded before that. Parts that law requires to keep are stopped for other processing and recorded separately.
